Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.
Package Your Items
Place the jewelry in its original packaging and secure it in a shipping mailer with the return label attached to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
